Africa is on the cusp of game-changing industrial development, but will its legislation and regulatory framework stimulate the necessary investment? Expanding power provision is increasingly a government priority. But how to fund it remains a headache – what are the options going forward and how do we move to a more pragmatic stage of project finance? If Africa is to stabilise power production and distribution, immediate access to finance is critical- but where is that money coming from? This year’s PA:FO will stimulate action through interactive debate and focus group sessions which creates an exceptional environment for proactive investors and stakeholders.
Participants are invited to participate throughout the agenda via a series of predetermined questions that provide an exciting platform for debate unlike any other meeting. With limited paying delegate places available to guarantee the highest level of effective strategy development, this year you will find yourself connecting with Ministers and finance chiefs from across the continent. The effect is a dynamic and collaborative event which tackles head on the challenges and opportunities concerned with increasing investment to Africa.
