Ten CEOs were redeployed including: Engr. J. A. Obilomo (Eko Electricity Distribution Company), Engr. O. C. Akamnonu (Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company), Engr. O. A. Adeola (Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company), Mr. Ishaq Usman (Jos Electricity Distribution Company), Engr. G. O. Chiatula (Benin Electricity Distribution Company), Engr. (Mrs.) K. J. Nwaoko (Enugu Electricity Distribution Company), Engr. R. O. Akinwumi (Kainji Hydro Business Unit), Engr. A. A. Adeniyi (Delta Power Business Unit).
In addition, five general managers at corporate headquarters have also been appointed. They are:
- Audit: Mr. P. A. Apuye
- Project Monitoring Unit: Engr. M. A. Ganiyu
- Market Operation: Engr. J. K. Achife,
- Marketing and Commercial Services: Mr. M. T. Balogun and
- Administration Mr. Nuhu Abubakar.
Engr. M. C. Ezeudenna (Design & Construction – TCN), Engr. L. E. Eromosele, Engr. B. C. Nwozor and Engr. O. O. Akinniranye were appointed as regional transmission managers for Shiroro, Kaduna and Port Harcourt.
Engrs. I. C. Okoli and A. T. Atiku were deployed as General Manager (Generation) headquarters and regional transmission manager, Bauchi.
Some regional transmission managers were also redeployed, and they are; Engr. I. J. Anyamah (Enugu), Engr. Bayo Adeniyi (Oshogbo), Engr. O. O. Akinniranye (Port Harcourt) and Engr. J. Ndiagwalukwe as Head (M&FS) TCN HQ.
According to the statement, the appointments were all merit, trust and ability based.
