12 January 2012 – South African physical asset management company, Pragma, and global engineering, management and specialist technical services group, Aurecon, have signed a formal agreement to deliver turnkey asset management solutions in the African market, including for water and electricity service providers as well as municipalities.
 
“Through the combination of the two companies’ methodologies and skills as well as experienced staff, we’re in a position to offer solutions across the full lifecycle of projects, i.e. from feasibility to acquisition, installation, operation and maintenance, and ultimately decommissioning. This includes managing assets during operation and developing infrastructure asset management plans,” Alan Tait, managing director of Pragma, responsible for the African region, says.
