Aldwych’s advisory services to guide hybrid solar-wind clean energy tower projects in North America and Africa.

In South Africa, renewable energy advisory services company Wind Prospect’s Energy Resource Services (ERS) team, has so far supported 1.6GW in the latest round of the country’s REIPPP programme, which closes on 1 October.

The company said it is delivering both forecast energy sales reports and performing forecast energy sales independent reviews for clients to support their bid submissions, reported reNEWS.

The team, which is based in Cape Town South Africa, has support from the UK, Poland and China.

Advisory services for broad range

According to the company, it is growing the ERS business in South Africa and will support clients from SME’s, developers and large utility companies with a breadth of services including advisory services, electrical and construction.

Wind Prospect Advisory & ERS director Achim Hoehne said: “In South Africa’s very competitive environment, we are working hard to deliver results for all our clients within extremely tight deadlines.

Advisory services: new entrant in Africa

In further news, renewable energy technology company Solar Wind Energy Tower announced that it has retained the advisory services of Aldwych Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm, to advise and guide the company.

Aldwych’s advisory services will guide the company on various strategic initiatives relative to its hybrid solar-wind clean energy tower projects in North America and Africa.

The advisory services will include matters such as project financing, mergers, acquisitions, and other financing opportunities.
