The Embassy of the United States of America seeks to carry electrical upgrades at the House #136 Karume Road, Oyster Bay in Dar es Salaam.
Bidders are invited to submit quotations as per specifications in the SOW. U.S. government.
The Embassy intends to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, however, Embassy may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A site visit will be held on Monday 16th July, 2018 at 10:00hrs at House #136 Karume Road Oysterbay, Masaki in Dar es Salaam.
Interested bidders are advised to send a list of attendees by Thursday, 12th July, 2018 at 12:00hrs to dargsoprocurement@state.gov to arrange access to the compound.
Submissions
Quotations must be submitted via both a paper quotation and an electronic submission by Monday 23 July, 2018 at 12:00hrs local time.
Paper quotations must be in a sealed envelope marked as follows:

A quotation is considered complete if it contains the following:
1) Package (attachment) one:
- Technical approach
- Trade licenses
- Relevant past performance and a minimum of three references
2) Package (attachment) two:
- Cost proposal in local currency (TZS) to be provided separately.
