Uganda: Civil Aviation Authority seeks to install automatic voltage regulator

In Uganda, the Civil Aviation Authority has received funds for the supply and installation of a 250kva automatic voltage regulator for VVIP at Entebbe International Airport.

The entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at address 1 from 08:00am to 05:00pm.

The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the same address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX ($27).

The method of payment will be cash. Take note that there shall be a pre-bid meeting on 10 April 2017 at 11:00am


Bids must be delivered to the address provided above at or before Thursday, 27 April 2017.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 7,000 UGX ($2) or a bid securing declaration.

Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until Thursday, 27 April 2017.
