Rwanda: EDCL is calling on bidders to install transmission lines

EDCL invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the design, supply and installation of low voltage and medium voltage lines to connect productive users in Eastern province of Rwanda.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address provided on presentation of the bank statement as a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of (20,000Frw) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled from 26 to 28th March 2019 and will be organised by BE3-EARP project.

The venue for departure is fixed at EDCL operating in Kigali City Tower (KN81 ST) 8:00am Kigali local time (or 6:00am GMT). The pre-bidding meeting is fixed on 28 March 2019 at site.
