The National Executive Secretariat for AIDS Control solicits closed bids (excluding all taxes) from eligible candidates to provide two generator sets in a single batch.
The delivery time is 30 days maximum from the date of notification of the contract resulting from this call for tenders.
The award of the contract will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined in the Code des Marches Publics, and open to all eligible candidates.
Tender details for generator sets
Interested candidates may obtain information from SENLS and take note of the tender documents at the SENLS, Ilot ZRE – ND – 417 BP 45241271 Extension 117 – Nouakchott – Mauritania, every working day (Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm).
Interested candidates may obtain a complete tender dossier by making a written request to the address mentioned above against a non-refundable payment to the Public Treasury exclusively, in the amount of MRO 30,000 ($84).
The method of payment will be by direct payment to the public treasury. The tender document will be given to the candidate directly.
Applicants must prove, with supporting documentation, that they have the technical and financial capacity necessary to complete this contract:
– have satisfactorily performed during the last five years a (01) market comparable in volume and nature
– have an after-sales service and provide proof that he has spare parts in the country
– Provide a Line of Credit or Self-Financing Certificate issued by a bank acceptable to the Administration, the amount of which is at least MRO 5,000,000 ($1,412).

The offer must include a tender guarantee of MRO 300,000 ($847). This bid security must remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
