Ghana’s Commission seeks supply of 200kVA power generator

In Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply and installation of a 200kVA power generator.

The Commission invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of the above item.

Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663), the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (ACT 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Tender information for 200kVA power generator

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Securities and Exchange Commission and inspect the tender documents at the address below from 9:00am to 16:30pm

A complete set of tender documents, in English, may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHt200 ($46) for each set payable by cash or cheque at the accounts office.


Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 30 June 2017. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after deadline tender submission.

All tenders must be accompanied by tender security of 2% of the tender price.

All tender securities are payable by Cheque or Certified Bank Guarantee.
