Ethiopian Cooperative Bank of Oromia invites bidders for provision of generators

In East Africa, Ethiopia’s Cooperative Bank of Oromia (S.C) invites eligible bidders for the delivery of generators.

Interested bidders are required to collect bid documents from the Procurement and Facility management process of the bank located at Flamingo, Fikre and Laqech building, 1st floor. The bid documents will only be made available on purchase of a non-refundable fee of $4.641 (Birr 100).

Generators: submission terms

The terms for the tender submission include duly signed application to the bid supported by a copy of the renewed trade license, TIN and VAT registration certificates.

All bids must be accompanied with a bid bond worth 2% of the total price either in CPO or bank guarantee, which must be valid for 120 days enclosed in a separate envelope to be attached with the bid document.

The bid documents must be signed, wax sealed and submitted to the following address:

Cooperative Bank of Oromia (S.C), located at Flamingo Hotel, Fikre and Lakech building, 1st floor.

Since the announcement was made on Tuesday, 19 April 2016, interested bidders have twenty (20) working days from this date in which to submit their proposal.
