Ethiopia: Shipping Co to deploy Modjo phase I Electrical

The Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Modjo phase I Electrical rectification work.

Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates and supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.

The bid document can be obtained from the Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise, which is located on the former maritime building on the 1st Floor.

A non-refundable fee of ETB200 ($7.303) is required on request of documentation.

Conditions of tender for Modjo phase I Electrical

The bid document shall be accompanied with a bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price, in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical Proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 108 days after bid opening.

Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer in separate envelopes.

Bid documents shall be submitted in the tender box of the former shipping building at 8th Floor on or before 01 February 2018 at 2:00pm and it shall be opened at 2:30pm (after noon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Ethiopian Shipping Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
