Cross River solar street lights
In Uganda, the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) would like to extend an abridged bid notice to bidders for the provision of solar street lights in the Kampala City.

Bidding for the Kampala Capital City Authority tender will be conducted in accordance with the open international bidding procedures contained in the government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act of 2003 and is open to all bidders.

The Kampala Capital City Authority tender information

A complete set of the bid documents in English may be acquired by interested bidders on submission of a written application for a fee of  UGX 150,000/= ($48).

Sealed bids for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the solar street lights should be complemented by a bid security amount of UGX 100,000, 000/= ($30).

The documents should be collected at the address given below from 08:00am to 17:00pm effective from 6th June 2016. Bids must be delivered and registered by 10:00am on 4th July 2016 to the following address:

The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kampala Capital City Authority P. O. Box 7010 Kampala – Uganda City Hall 1st Floor Room B114A.

Deadline for submission of bids will be Monday, the 4th July 2016 at 10:00 am.

Pre-bid meetings

Please note that a pre-bid meeting for this tender has been scheduled for Tuesday 21st June 2016 at 10:00 am at Head Procurement and Disposal Unit Board room.
