In Niger, West Africa, non-governmental organisation, Plan International Niger has issued a tender for the supply and installation of a solar PV plant.
Plan International Niger, has received a grant from the Renewable Energy Centre and the ECOWAS Energy Efficiency for the realisation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) mini power plant.
The plant must include 27 5kWc with storage, in the resort of Gorou I rural Municipality of Kourtheye (Tillabery).
The tender is open to all interested companies or joint ventures that are in good standing with the administration of Niger who are not under a ban or suspension.

Obtaining the tender
Interested bidders may obtain the documents in French for a non-refundable fee of $86, which can be paid to the International Secretariat of Niger Plan.
Bids written in French must be given in a sealed envelope with three (3) copies (1 original and 2 copies) and accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount.
