Central Electricity Board

In Mauritius, the state-owned utility Central Electricity Board (CEB), whose mandate is to “prepare and carry out development schemes with the general object of promoting, coordinating and improving the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity” in the country,  is now extending an invite for the supply of Fuse Switch Disconnectors.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders by calling at the registry of the CEB during working hours, which is from 9:00am to 15:30pm.

Qualified bidders are advised to obtain the documents at the address below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 500 ($14), which also includes VAT. The method of payment will be cash or bank cheque.

Additionally, the bid documents can also be downloaded free of charge from the CEB’s website as well as the government procurement’s website respectively.

Tender submission

Bids must be addressed to the Chairman Tender Committee and can be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Registry of the Central Electricity Board, Royal Road, Curepipe, Mauritius or sent by registered post or courier service on or before Wednesday 29th June 2016 by 13:30pm (local time) the latest.
