The Liberian health ministry intends to deploy solar panels at health facilities. Bidders are required to recommend panel capacity based on the below listed power consumptions:

Liberian health ministry tender details

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the PPC Act and approved by the PPCC.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health Central Office, Procurement Unit, Ground Floor (Room-142), Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard.

Qualifications requirements include:

  • Company’s profile
  • Valid business registration
  • Valid tax clearance
  • Bid securing declaration
  • Proof of PPCC Vendor Registration
  • Past performance records; stating names of at least three clients and their contact details (cell numbers, email and office addresses).

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable cost of $50 to the Office of the Financial Management (OFM) and the bidding documents can be collected from the Procurement Unit, Room 142, ground floor, MOH Central Office, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard.

Submissions

All bids must be delivered in sealed envelope to the below address on or before 20 September 2017 at 14:00pm.

All bidders are requested to submit one original and three copies in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the firm and return address to the address below:
