In East Africa, the Kenya Power & Lighting Company Limited (KPLC) invites bids from eligible tenderers for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of electrical materials with associated civil works at Kiganjo 132/11kV substation.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid/site visit meeting to be held on Tuesday, 28 March 2017 at 11:00am at Kiganjo 132/33Kv Substation situated along Kiganjo – Nanyuki road.
All prospective bidders are recommended to attend.

Prospective bidders may also download the tender document from KPLC’s website (www.kplc.co.ke) free of charge.
Completed tenders are to be submitted online on or before the submission date and time indicated on the KPLC tendering portal. 19th April 2017 at 10:00am.
Tenderers are required to visit the portal from time to time for revised closing dates and addendums.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs to the required site (where applicable) and must be in Kenya Shillings or a freely convertible currency in Kenya and shall remain valid for ninety days from the closing date of the tender.
Please note that prices indicated on the KPLC tendering portal should be exclusive of VAT.
