Ivory Coast has received a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the Transport, Distribution and Access to Electricity Project (PTDAE), and intends to use a portion of this loan to make eligible payments under the contract for the construction of the Gagnoa substation.
The Energy Company of Côte d’Ivoire (CI-ENERGIES), acting as the delegate of the Ministry of Petroleum, Energy and Renewable Energy Development, solicits bids under cover from qualified bidders, and which meet the requirements for the construction of the substation according to the lots below:
Lot 1: Work on creation of the Gagnoa 225/90/33/15kV substation including 2 Transfo 225 / 90kV 100 MVA, 1 of 90 / 15kV 24MVA and 1 of 90 / 30kV 24MVA
Lot 2: Construction work for the entry of the 225kV Soubré-Taabo line and the 90kV Divo-Gagnoa line
Lot 3: Remote transmission of the extension 225/90/33/15kV of Gagnoa
The procurement will be conducted under the international invitation to tender defined in the “Guidelines: Procurement of the markets than consulting services) financed lesPrêts IBRD and IDA Credits and donations, </ em> January 2011 Revised Version enjuillet 2014″, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Directives.

Eligible and interested bidders may obtain information and take note of the tender documents from the Project Management Unit (PTDAE) located in Abidjan Plateau Avenue Verdier, EECI Building, between 08:00am to 12:00am and 2:00pm to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
Tender dossier in French can be obtained by submitting a receipt for payment of a non-refundable amount of FCFA 100,000 ($179) to the CI-ENERGIES Fund located at EECI Tower, 16th floor, see the cashier’s office.
Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than Wednesday, 29 November 2017 at 10:00am (meeting room – 1st floor).
