The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE) invites bidders for the procurement of electro mechanical equipment and accessories.
EPSE has funds within the procuring entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of electro mechanical equipment and accessories, and now the company invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of the following:
Lot 1: Main electrical distribution board;
Lot 2: Bulk flow meters;
Lot 3: Centrifugal pumps;
Lot 4: Vacuum box for tank leak testing;
Lot 5: Pipeline hydraulic pressure testers and
Lot 6: Valves

Bidders are required to submit separate bids for each of the above lots.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the government of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from EPSE and inspect the bidding documentation at the address prescribed below from 08:00am to 12:00 noon and 13:00pm to 17:00pm.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by any interested local and foreign bidders who have local agents in Ethiopia, at the address below upon a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian 100Birr ($4.517) per lot.
Foreign bidders who do not have local agents in Ethiopia and who wish to receive bidding documents directly can receive them by mail but they have to send a non-refundable fee 100Birr ($4.517) or an equivalent amount in foreign currency drawn in favour of EPSE.
Bidders who do not have local agents in Ethiopia can acquire bidding documentation upon payment in cash of the above mentioned amount in person or through their embassies in Ethiopia.
The documents will be sent by mail; however, no liability will be accepted for any loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 25th September 2016 at 10:00am local time.
