In Libya, the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) is seeking consulting engineering services for Sarir/Messla/Majad Electrical Network (K-47).
The scope of consulting services is divided into two main sections, which should be implemented in parallel; a brief description of this scope is as follows:
- Power distribution equipment, assessment study
- EPC project for seven 33kv substations and SCADA & communication system
Tender information for engineering services
AGOCO intend to implement the project application consulting engineering services for the detection and verification, and performance evaluation of the existing equipment of electrical networks.
Interested eligible bidders are invited to prepare a tender document for the technical specifications of the proposed projects of the study of plants with a 3.3 / 11/33 kV at sites Majid / Messla / Sarir fields (the study of the efficiency and quality of electric power is not required).
It is essential that the consulting firm is to have a record excellent and expertise of qualified in the field of enterprise that covers the design and construction of electric power stations and circuits, transmission lines and systems of power protection and automatic control.
The consultant must be able to provide a variety of services and the level required, including projects and engineering in all disciplines necessary for the work of the project management services.

Those wishing to apply for the tender must have previous experience supported with documents that indicate this certified by the Libyan Embassy to non-Libyan companies.
