In South Africa, the Breede Valley Municipality, located in the Western Cape Province, is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of electrical prepaid meters for the period ending 30 June 2019.
Interested service providers can collect bid documents from the Supply Chain Management Offices, Stofberg House, 23 Baring Street, Worcester.
Documents have been made available from Friday, 5 May 2017 during office hours Mondays to Fridays 08:00am – 13:00pm and 13:30pm – 15:00pm, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZAR228 ($22) for each set of documents. Cash deposits will also be accepted.
Only those bidders who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders:
- who meet the stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content of 70% as prescribed by National Treasury,
- who comply with the minimum specification of all accessories be pre-wired in accordance to SANS 10142,
- who are able to supply all items listed in the schedule of quantities.
