The Maun Administrative Authority is extending an invitation to bidders for the supply and installation of two standby generators. The procuring department is the Department of Civil & Mechanical Engineering Services (Electrical Division).

This tender is reserved for vulnerable groups (women, youth and people with disability) who are domicile in Botswana and are 100% citizen owned contractors, be appropriately licensed to manufacture and supply such items and be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories:

PPADB Code: 02, Sub-Code: 01, Grade: B –Electrical Installations.

The physical address for the collection of tender documents is: Maun Administrative Authority, Electrical Division, Office No.30.

Documents have been made available for collection from 25 September to 25 October 2017 during working days between 08:00 and 12:45 hours and 13:45 to 16:30 hours.

A non-refundable fee of P150.00 ($14) must be paid to the Revenue Collector at Maun Administrative Authority prior to collection of the tender documents.

Submissions

Tender proposals should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes; one marked “Original” and three marked “Copy”, and securely sealed into one package and addressed to:

Tender documents must be delivered to the Adjudication Secretary, LAPAD Office No.39 on or before 27 October 2017.
