The Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugees (MIDIMAR ) (hereinafter called ‘client’) has received funds from the Ordinary budget towards the cost of supply and installation of lightening protection system in the Rutsiro District.

The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this bidding document is issued.

MIDIMAR now invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply and installation of lightening protection system in Rutsiro District.

Please note that there will be site visit is for three days and will start on 05 February 2018.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law Nº 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.

Submissions

Bids must be submitted online not later than 22 February 2018 at 10:00am accompanied by a bid security of RFW3,800,000 ($4,474) .
