The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing stakeholder relationships, actively exploring new business opportunities and liaising with engineers on project requirements.
You will recommend technical solutions for tenders, review clients scope and determine if it is a viable proposition, take on the responsibility for quotation processes and compile sales performance reports.
Furthermore, you will have to target property developers for new business development purposes and follow-up on possible opportunities regularly.
If you are well networked in the renewable energy industry with great Rooftop Solar PV knowledge and contacts in the property sector, then you should apply for this position.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Engineering
- 5 + years’ experience in the Solar PV or Rooftop industry
- Good background in the electrical field including design, configuration and commissioning of PV systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
