An established international player in the solar PV sector is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales and Operations to lead their dynamic team.
If you are the ideal candidate for this role, you are a well experienced, senior management professional with an excellent commercial and business acumen who has a deep understanding of the sales process, market trends, and managing a high-performance team and whilst growing the company’s market share.
You will find yourself playing a key role in streamlining the current processes and work flows, as well as keeping abreast of changes within the market and new products and technologies.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of projects from pre-feasibility through to operations, ensuring that customers’ needs are always fulfilled. As the ideal candidate, you will need to use your fantastic people skills to manage a high powered, fast paced team whilst assisting in the growth of the business into Sub Saharan Africa.

- Engineering degree or similar technical qualification beneficial
- Sales or marketing qualifications are advantages
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within the renewable energy industry
