Cameroonian Municipality plans to execute rural electrification projects

The Mayor of the Municipality of Mengang, Contracting Authority launches on behalf of the City Council of Mengang an open national call for tenders for rural electrification of the axis Melan – Ngoulemekong – Ekoua.

The main tasks to be carried out are as follows:

  1. Construction MT line including all substations;
  2. Supply and installation of two single-phase H61 / 25KVA 17.32kV / B2 transformers including all substations;
  • LV single-phase 4×25 mm 2 network construction

Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to companies governed by Cameroonian law, recognised for their competence and proven experience in carrying out similar work.

Tender details

The bidding documents can be consulted during working hours in the departments of Mengang City Hall, at the Mayor’s Office BP: 12177 Mengang.

Bidding documents can only be obtainable against presentation of the original of the receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 CFA francs ($) representing the acquisition costs of the DAO, payable to the Municipal Income of the Municipality of Mengang.

Each offer is written in French or in English in seven (07) copies of which one (01) original and six (06) copies must reach Akonolinga, Economic Affairs Department, no later than 10 October 2018 at 12:00 pm.
