Consultants required to conduct studies for a hydropower project

In Madagascar, the Ministry of Energy, Water and Hydrocarbons (MEEH) intends to embark on the development of Fanovana hydroelectric project.

MEEH seeks to appoint a consultant to conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and the Action Plan Resettlement (PAR) related to the Fanovana Hydroelectric Development.

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Market Rules for Borrowers seeking Investment Financing (REIT), July 2016 from World Bank.

Interested candidates are invited to produce the following documents in their Expressions of Interest.

In each similar service offered:

  • The candidate must specify in his expression of interest the name and location of the assignment,
  • The name and address of the client,
  • The start and completion date of the assignment,
  • The approximate value of the mission,
  • The number of staff with their names and assignment during the mission,
  • Detailed description of the mission.
