The Rural Electrification Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of design, supply and installation of 33kV lines and associated low voltage networks.
The low voltage networks will be divided into:
LOT 1: Fast Track Line 3 (Wandi – Yumbe – Moyo) and;
Lot 2: Fast track line 4 (Onduparaka – Odramacaku –Abiria).
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Rural Electrification Agency, ERTIII Procurement Specialist, inspect the bidding documents during office hours, 08:00 am to 16:00 pm (local time), Monday to Friday at the address given below.
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, Revised July 2014), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 17 July 2019 at 11:00 am (local time).
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of an unconditional bank guarantee as follows:
LOT 1: $170,000 or the equivalent in other freely convertible currency
LOT 2: $30,000 or the equivalent in other freely convertible currency
