The Electric Power Company of Togo (CEET) has received funding from the World Bank to finance the Reform and Investment Project in the Energy Sector in Togo (PRISET).
The firm intends to use part of the funds to make payments for the rehabilitation work, reinforcement of source stations and medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) networks.
CEET is soliciting closed bids from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide the rehabilitation, strengthening of source substations and MV and LV networks divided into three lots.
The procedure will be conducted by international competition through a call for account.

There will be a preparatory meeting on Monday, 19 November 2018 at 9:00am in the PGI meeting room of CEET followed by a site visit.
Bids must be submitted to the address provided above no later than 13 December 2018 at 9:00am.
Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee:
Lot 1: $147,423 or its equivalent in any other currency freely convertible into local currency (CFA XOF franc).
Lot 2: $294,807 or its equivalent in any other currency freely convertible into local currency (CFA XOF franc).
Lot 3: $196,538 or its equivalent in any other currency freely convertible into local currency (CFAXOF franc).
The effective date of the exchange rate of currencies other than the CFA BCEAO franc is the date preceding ten (10) business days the date of the opening of tenders.
