The Autonomous Port of Dakar is soliciting closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the acquisition of electricity meters.
The awarding of the contract will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined by Decree No. 20i4-i2i2 of 22 September 2014 on the Code des Marches Publics, and open to all eligible candidates.
Interested candidates may obtain information from the Procurement Unit, and take note of the tender documents at the address mentioned below during working days Monday – Thursday: 7.30 am to 13:30 pm and from 14:00 pm to 16:30 pm; Friday: 7:30 am to 13:00 pm.

Financial capacity: Produce financial statements for the last three (03) years (2015, 2016 and 2017) certified by an auditor or an auditor approved by the National Association of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Senegal (ONECCA). Or if it is a Community Enterprise financial statements certified by an accountant or an auditor approved by an authorised body of his country of origin. These financial statements should reflect a balanced financial position of the nominee;
Technical capacity and experience:
- Provide written proof that the supplies offered and the materials that constitute them are new, unused, of the most recent or current model.
- Have already completed at least one (01) market of similar size and nature during the last three (03) years (2015, 2016 and 2017) and provide the certificate of satisfactory performance.
Tenders must be submitted no later than 26 December 2018 at 9:00 am in the boardroom of the General Management of the Port, 1st floor located at 21, boulevard de la Libération.
