Senelec has received funds as part of its 2018 investment budget to finance the purchase of equipment for the distribution network and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under this programme.

Market acquisition of a new test and fault finding vehicle on HTA cables, Senelec solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications to provide an HTA cable test and troubleshooting vehicle.

The award of the contract will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined in the Public Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates.

Interested candidates may obtain information from the Procurement Unit at this e-mail address: notificationcpm@senelec.sn and read the tender documents on working days and hours from 7.30am to 4.30pm at the following address: secretariat of the Supply Department, SE NELEC, 28, rue Vincens Dakar 4th floor, Telephone: (+221) 33 839 32 92.

Qualification requirements are:

Financial capacity: Provide financial statements for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017 duly certified by an accountant or an accounting firm approved by ONECCA.

Technical capacity: The candidate must prove, a certificate of good execution in support, that he had to execute a (01) similar market during the last three (03) years (2015,2016,2017);

The candidate must also provide the equipment manufacturer's authorisation or the Certificate of Authenticity and the valid ISO 9001 Manufacturer's Certificate for each material.

Interested candidates may obtain a complete tender dossier from the Secretariat of the Supply Department, SENELEC 28, rue Vincens Dakar, on the 4th floor, telephone: (+221) 33 839-32-92 after making a request in writing, against a non-refundable payment of CFA Francs 50,000 ($88) in cash.

Applicants who wish to do so will have the opportunity to consult the tender documents provided for this purpose at the same address free of charge.
