Quotation requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. No margin of preference will be applied.
The procedure shall be conducted by means of international competitive bidding in accordance with a Call for Tenders (AO) as defined in the “Directives: Procurement of Supplies, Works and Services (other than consultancy services)” by the World Bank Borrowers under the IBRD Loans and AID Credits and Donations Framework of January 2011 revised in July and 2014 (the “Guidelines”), and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines.
