Malawi Revenue Authority requires installation of 300KVA UPS

The Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) has budgeted public funds to be used for the procurement of supply, delivery and installation of a 300KVA uninterrupted power supply system (UPS) for Msonkho House in Blantyre.

The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee of Malawi Revenue Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of the above mentioned.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2017) and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all prospective bidders.

A complete set of the bidding document shall be acquired upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10,000 ($14) in cash or bank certified cheque or any convertible currency.

Bidding documents may be purchased from the Cash Office on Floor Number 1 of MRA Msonkho House, Blantyre, Malawi.


Sealed bids clearly marked with the procurement reference number should be deposited in the tender on or before Tuesday, 13 November 2018 at 15:00hours local time.
