The Togolese government has received funding from World Bank to finance the Reform and Investment Project in the Energy Sector in Togo (PRISET) and intends to use part of this loan to make payments for the procurement of smart meters and connection equipment.

The Electric Power Company duTogo (CEET) is soliciting closed bids from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide pre-paid smart electronic meters and connection equipment in two lots:

Lot 1: Supply of 20,000 smart electronic prepaid meters;

Lot 2: Supply of cables and connection equipment for 20,000 meters.

The delivery period for supplies to the Togolese Electricity Authority’s general store located in the port area is 180 calendar days from the date of notification of the approved contract.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the Public Procurement Person (PRMP) and acknowledge the tender documents at the address below from 7:00am to 5:30pm.

Interested candidates may consult the complete tender dossier for free or withdraw it against payment of a non-refundable sum of FCFA 25,000 ($) to account number TG 133 01 001 0 222 50700 113 33 , SWIFT BSAHTGTG: entitled EC and DAO and opened in the books of the Sahelo-Saharan Bank for Investment and Commerce (BSIC) Togo SA.

Payment can also be made by cash to the Procurement and Procurement Department (DPMA) of CEET.
