Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality located in the Free State Province invites tenders for replacement of water meters and fire hydrants and metering.
It is estimated that bidders should have a CIDB contractor grading of 7CE. 6CE Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy criteria stated in the tender data may submit tender offers.
Preferences will be given to bidders who meet all the requirements stated in the bid document and the minimum requirements for functionality will be further evaluated according to the criterion stated in the bid document.
A minimum of 30% to be subcontracted to an EME or QSE, which is at least 51% owned by black people are eligible to submit tenders.
