Uganda: AAWSA requires the installation of standby diesel generators

Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) invite interested bidders to participate in the tender for the supply and installation of standby diesel generators.

Bid documents shall be purchased from the Procurement support Process during office hours against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 ($7.247) for local suppliers and an equivalent amount of money for foreign suppliers.

Interested bidders must present their registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of Ethiopia, renewed trade License for the current year, tax clearance certificate VAT registration certificate for local suppliers and business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment for foreign suppliers.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of A.A.W.S.A Procurement process Located, at around Megenagna, next to Customs Authority Head Office, on the road to old 24 Kebele, P.O.BOX 1 505, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The bid shall be submitted in two envelopes: technical envelope, financial envelope (one original and one copy).

All eligibility certificates should be found in the original technical document envelope and are submitted in the tender box on or before the closing date.

The deadline for this tender has been slated for 6th July 2018.
