Senelec requires provision of omnidirectional turbine alarms

Senegal’s power utility, Senelec, has received funding under the 2018 budget for the provision of omnidirectional turbine alarms. The utility intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under this contract.

Senelec solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to perform the contract.

The awarding of the contract will be conducted by Request for Information and Open Competition Prize to all eligible applicants as defined in the Code of Public Contracts.

Tender details

Interested candidates may obtain a complete file from the Secretariat of the Supply Department located in Senelec at 28 rue Vincens on the 4th floor Dakar, telephone (221) 33 839 32 92, on working days and hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm after making a written request, against a non-refundable payment of the sum of 30,000 CFA ($54).

Payment will be in cash at the main box of the sales office located at 28, rue Vincens against a receipt to submit to the secretariat of the Department to supply for the submission of the complete file.

Applicants who wish to do so can consult the file provided for this purpose at the same address for free on the spot.

The delivery time at the sites of Cap des Biches and Bel Air is set at 08 weeks from the notification of the contract to the holder.

Bidders must take note that allocation will be conducted in one lot.

Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the mention “omnidirectional turbine alarm supplies” DRPO N ° 23/2018 to the following address: Senelec, Auction Committee Room located at 19, rue Abdou Karim Bourgi X Wagane Diouf on the 2nd floor of the Tounkara Dakar building no later than Wednesday, 10 October 2018 AT 9:30am local time.

Candidates who wish to submit their bids before the bid opening date will deliver them to the Procurement Unit located at 19 Abdou Karim Bourgi Street X Wagane Diouf on the 2nd floor of the Tounkara Dakar building.

The offers will be opened at the same address at the latest on Wednesday, 10 October 2018 at 9:30 am local time.
