Rwanda’s Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Framework contract for the supply of Ntaruka Hydropower plant spare parts.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding in accordance with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REG/EUCL as modified to date.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on weekdays with effect from 27 April 2018 from 08:00am to 5:00pm local time and may inspect the bidding documents at the address given below:

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the Procurement Unit at EUCL Head Office, upon presentation of a bank deposit slip of non- refundable amount $15.

This payment shall be made to the account no:  5044962 – 01 – 96 (Frw) opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda (Former Commercial Bank of Rwanda) and to the account No 00040-0691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).


Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before 10h00 local time on 11 June 2018.

Bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in four copies (one original and three copies) must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Rwf 5,000,000 or $5,815 issued by a recognised Financial Institutions agreed by National Bank of Rwanda, must reach the Secretariat to the Procurement Unit at EUCL Head Office, KN 2 ST 3, Nyarugenge District, P.O. Box 5634 Kigali City – Rwanda, Room G114 on or before the date and time mentioned above.

The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
