According to internal documents released by ABB, Eskom’s former CEO, Matshela Koko, liaised with an ABB employee to arrange kickbacks.

In this week’s poll we ask:

Global engineering firm, ABB has handed over internal records relating to corruption; implicating former Eskom CEO Matshela Koko of promising the company R6.5bn in future contracts if it subcontracted work on Kusile power station (and others) to Impulse International, which is partially owned by his step-daughter. Will charges ever be brought against the implicated parties?
