- Fill in the complete survey, with accurate contact information for entrant and delivery purposes
- Complete the survey by 15 December 2020
By completing this survey, entrants stand a chance to win a prize of R1500,00 ZAR Takealot Voucher OR $100,00 USD Amazon Voucher
Entrants must reside within South Africa in order to have a valid entry to win the Takealot prize
Winner will be randomly selected by an ESI Africa staff member and announced on the 18th December 2020 through ESI Africa e-mail
Winners will receive the prize either through postal services or collection at the ESI Africa office in Cape Town, South Africa.
